This poster (some called it lap book) I prepared for my COOP presentation on topic "FRUITS".
The lesson is all about fruits, the fruit's job is to move the seed inside it, far away from it's mother plant so the baby plant can have better nutrition as the mother plant already taken the spot with all the nutrition already. This process is called seed dispersal. There are five types of seed dispersal, water dispersal, wind dispersal, animal dispersal, human dispersal and mechanical dispersal. The different between vegetables and fruits is that a fruit have seeds and a vegetable does not.
There are two types of fruits : Fleshy fruits and Dry fruits.
For further study we look more into the classification of fruits : Simple, aggregate and multiple
I also added on research on my favorite fruit .....BANANA!!!!!!
